Job Description
The Carpenter delivers high-quality structural and finishing joinery that restores residential and SME properties to a high standard and within agreed timeframes. By applying strong technical skills, safe working practices, and professional customer service, the role contributes directly to efficient project delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall operational performance.

- Deliver high-quality structural and finishing joinery, including first-fix and second-fix works.
- Install kitchens, worktops (including mitre joints), flooring, doors, frames, and wet wall systems.
- Complete tasks within timeframes set by the Contracts Manager.
- Maintain tools in safe working condition, ensuring they remain PAT-compliant.
- Maintain clean, protected, and organised work areas.
- Provide clear updates to the Service Centre and customers.
- Follow Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other trades and support operational needs.
- Participate in toolbox talks, training, and continuous improvement.
- Travel UK-wide when required for project delivery.

Requirements for Role
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent).
- Full UK driving licence.
- CSCS card and relevant Health & Safety training (desirable).
