Role Description
The Joinery Manufacturing Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role oversees joinery manufacturing and fit-out projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. The role also involves:
- Reviewing technical drawings
- Overseeing quality checks
- Preparing project reports
- Continuously improving processes within the joinery manufacturing operation
Qualifications
- Strong project and program management skills, including Project Management and Program Management for multiple concurrent fit-out and joinery projects.
- Experience in manufacturing operations, including Manufacturing and Manufacturing Operations within a joinery or related production environment.
- Knowledge of shopfitting and joinery processes, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, designers, suppliers, and production teams.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
- Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role in construction, interiors, or manufacturing; experience in joinery or shopfitting is highly beneficial.
