We are a well-respected joinery company based in North Oxfordshire and are looking for a reliable and hands-on individual to provide support to our Management Team.


The Role

This is a diverse position that will involve both office-based and practical responsibilities, including:

  • General administration and office support
  • Processing orders and liaising with suppliers
  • Answering and managing telephone enquiries
  • Supporting the day-to-day running of the business
  • Occasional deliveries using a long wheelbase company van
  • Assisting with general operational tasks as required

No two days will be the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and being involved in different aspects of a business.

  • Have previous administrative or office experience
  • Be organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Be physically fit, as occasional lifting and delivery duties will form part of the role
  • Be comfortable working within a small, close-knit team

Hours

We are flexible and would consider either:

  • 5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, or
  • 3 full days per week
