Essential
- Experience leading divestment, carve-out or joint venture programmes
- Experience supporting major organisational change programmes across functions such as sales, portfolio, operations, finance, HR and legal.
- Experience operating in confidential or restricted environments, including under NDA, while maintaining pace, governance and delivery focus.
- Strong project or programme management experience, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Current project or programme management qualification from a recognised professional body, such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
- Excellent governance, planning and delivery discipline, with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and accountable actions.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience managing delivery against programme budgets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to engage at multiple levels.
- Proven ability to resolve issues that could impact delivery, including risks relating to resources, budget, scope or stakeholders.
- Experience leading virtual, cross-functional teams and building collaborative, high-performing ways of working.
