The Role
Step into the role of Head Office Coordinator.
Discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office working within the Facilities team. As a Head Office Coordinator, you will provide efficient and proactive administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth running of our busy Head Office.
Working Pattern
This is a full-time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 8am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, and this is an onsite role.
Our Location
Market Harborough in Leicestershire is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars, and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.
What You’ll Do
As our Head Office Coordinator, you will keep the heart of Joules operating smoothly. You will be a lead point of contact for our teams, suppliers, and contractors, building strong relationships that help our busy home run without a hitch.
Your day will usually involve:
- Managing incoming emails and general enquiries, responding promptly or directing queries to the right teammate
- Looking after our office supplies and stationery so we never run short on the essentials
- Organising meetings, prep rooms, and handling everyday deliveries and collections
- Following up on action points and requests to keep projects moving on schedule
- Providing a helpful and responsive service for everyone who steps through the door or gets in touch
- Stepping in to cover our Reception or Goods In teams whenever needed during leave or busy periods
- Management of our Reception Team

What You’ll Bring

Alongside prior experience in administration, facilities, or office coordination, you will bring a genuine love for our brand, our heritage, and our products. We would also love to see:
- Experience managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, or facilities teams
- Clear communication skills with an approachable manner
- Comfortable computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and everyday systems
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities without losing focus
- A knack for staying organised, keeping accurate records, and spotting ways to drive everyday process improvements
- Natural discretion, good judgement, and a hands-on drive to jump in and solve problems
