You will be responsible for providing an incredible level of service, ensuring our reception area reflects the high standards of our brand. This role is about more than answering phones; it’s about being a champion for people and first impressions.

Working Pattern

This is a part-time role based at ‘The Barn’ - Joules’ purpose-built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The hours for this role are 1pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.

Our Location

Market Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars, and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.

What You’ll Do

  • Creating a Welcoming Environment: Greet visitors and colleagues with warmth, manage visitor badges, and ensure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
  • Effective Communication: Handle incoming calls with clarity and belief, ensuring they reach the right department quickly.
  • Supporting Growth: Welcome candidates for interviews and assessment centres, helping us recruit exceptional talent.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage meeting room bookings, organise guest travel arrangements, maintain 1st aid, and ensure the reception area is always curated and professional.
  • Integrity and Responsibility: Conduct occasional Right to Work checks as and when needed and take ownership of the reception diary to keep the team informed.

What You’ll Bring

  • Whether it is a guest or a colleague, you keep their needs at the heart of everything you do.
  • You are motivated to learn new skills and use your initiative to improve our processes.
  • You work well with others, sharing relevant updates to help the whole team succeed.
  • You are honest, take responsibility for your work, and maintain a professional appearance that represents the current season.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
