Job Description
The Role
Step into the role of Sales Assistant and discover an exciting opportunity to take on an integral role here at Joules Head Office working within our brilliant Partnerships team.
Working Pattern: This is a full time role based at 'The Barn', Joules' purpose built Head Office in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. The typical hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and this is an onsite role.
Our Location
Market Harborough in Leicestershire is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand's Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike. It is the perfect place to mix a rewarding career with a bit of well-dressed time off.
What You'll Do
Prepare to be part of a dynamic, hard-working, collaborative and inspirational team, creating and bringing Product to market season after season for our iconic British brand. You can expect a journey outlined with clear goals and aspirations shared by the whole business whilst building cross-collaborative relationships including the opportunity to work with our Founder; Tom Joule, and his Senior Team who have a wealth of knowledge to share.

What to expect on a day to day basis:
- Support Sales Managers with Key Accounts
- Be a supporting point of contact and attend scheduled external virtual meetings with Key Accounts
- Regularly review websites for Key Accounts to ensure all available styles are live and reflect brand standards
- Assist Sales Managers during the selling season with Sales appointments at The Joules Barn and remote Trade Shows. Greet and support customers, load orders via B2B and help keep visual merchandising (VM) in line with brand standards
- Support in-season trading by producing and sharing internal weekly trading templates for Key Accounts. Notify Key Accounts of re-order opportunities
- Work closely with the internal Merchandising team to confirm stock availability. Raise orders as required
- Be proficient using our B2B platform
- Support B2B & Showroom Assistant with sample preparation/distribution ahead of and during peak selling season

What You'll Bring
From a technical and operational perspective, it would also be advantageous if you are:
- A confident and clear communicator comfortable working cross-functionally across internal teams and external partners
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate
- Proactive, solutions-focused and calm under pressure
- Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to manage time, prioritise workload and work to deadlines
- Confident in your use of spreadsheets (Google Suite capabilities would be desirable but not essential)
- Flexible to travel to external meetings and Trade Shows as required
