Join our maintenance operations team as an Operator II
Play a key role in keeping our equipment reliable and our operations running smoothly. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Journeyman Certification is required for this role.
What will you do?
- Coordinate inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime
- Manage spare parts inventory to support maintenance activities and keep operations running smoothly
- Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operations and resolve technical issues
What are the key skills we are looking for?

- Continuous Improvement — developing level; identifying opportunities to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency

- Drives for Results — developing level; completing maintenance tasks on schedule to minimize production impact
- Operational Health and Safety Management — developing level; following safety protocols during all maintenance activities
- Quality Control & Inspection — developing level; conducting equipment inspections to maintain quality standards
- Total Productive Maintenance — developing level; supporting preventive maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and guidelines
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing equipment issues before they escalate
- Comfort working in a hands-on environment with both routine and non-routine challenges
Pay Range
$43.82/hr
