Job Description
- Support agencies and clients in improving the performance of search and display advertising campaigns through analysis and optimisation recommendations.
- Engage with agencies and clients through online, email, and face-to-face interactions to understand business objectives and challenges.
- Analyse campaign performance data, identify areas for improvement, and present actionable recommendations through proposals and meetings.
- Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions and advertising tools to help clients achieve their goals.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems and internal databases.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Keep up to date with advertising technologies, platform features, and digital marketing tools to support client success.

Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly in paid media, PPC, or display advertising.
- Experience working within an advertising agency environment or managing relationships with agency partners.
- Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
- Strong Excel skills, including experience with formulas, pivot tables, reporting, and large performance datasets.
- Understanding of display advertising strategy, including audience targeting, remarketing, creative optimisation, and full-funnel campaign planning.
- Experience with Yahoo! Japan Ads or LINE Ads platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the Japanese market, digital trends, and broader Asian business markets is beneficial.
