We foster strong, long-term relationships, collaborating closely to identify unique opportunities and co-create innovative strategies for their continued success in a dynamic market.

Your Impact

As a Junior Account Manager at Deliverect, you will support our Growth team in delivering exceptional post-sales support and driving customer success. You'll work with a portfolio of customers under the mentorship of senior Account Managers, gaining hands-on experience in relationship building, account management fundamentals, and commercial thinking. Your role will be instrumental in building strong foundations for long-term customer partnerships while developing the skills needed to manage more complex accounts. You will act as a key point of contact for your assigned accounts, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support teams, and contribute to our mission of helping customers maximize the value of the Deliverect platform.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 4 days in our London or Paris office and 1 day from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

  • Drive Commercial Growth & Retention (Approx. 40%): Own the full lifecycle of contract renewals, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive expansion paths to achieve revenue targets and increase customer lifetime value.
  • Customer & Internal Advocacy (Approx. 30%): Act as the main point of contact for your customers, gathering requirements and pain points, and serving as the internal advocate by collaborating closely with the Product, Legal, and Finance teams to assess the feasibility and path for customer requests.
  • Relationship Building & Account Management (Approx. 20%): Build strong, foundational relationships with assigned customers through regular communication and engagement. Learn to understand customer business models, pain points, and success metrics. Support the preparation and execution of quarterly business reviews (QBRs) alongside senior Account Managers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration (Approx. 10%): Act as the point of contact between customers and internal teams (Product, Support, Finance). Gather customer requirements and feedback, relay them internally, and communicate back solutions. Support the execution of customer projects and feature demonstrations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
