Join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden, a boutique lifestyle hotel. Located on Covent Garden’s Drury Lane with 141 rooms, two cocktail bars, a rooftop terrace, and a signature restaurant, it’s our first international destination, adding to our portfolio of hotels in Berlin, Munich, Düsseldorf, and Leipzig.
We are seeking a driven and passionate JR Events Coordinator to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden. Working closely with the Sales and Events team, the JR Events Coordinator will support the planning and coordination of events from the initial enquiry through to delivery. You will liaise with clients, prepare event documentation, coordinate with operational departments, ensure all event details are communicated effectively, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, is highly organised, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

About the Role
- Support the Sales and Events team with the planning and coordination of meetings, events, and group bookings.
- Respond to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare contracts, function sheets, and event documentation.
- Liaise with operational departments to ensure all event requirements are communicated accurately.
- Conduct hotel show rounds and assist with client meetings when required.
- Maintain accurate records using the hotel's booking systems.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service before, during, and after each event.
- Assist with achieving departmental sales targets and maximising revenue opportunities.
About You
- Previous experience as an Events Coordinator within a London hotel.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality.
- Strong IT skills and experience using hotel booking systems is desirable.
