Junior Motion Designer
WePlay is seeking a Junior Motion Designer to join our award-winning sports marketing agency on a 6-month, fixed-term contract. In this role, reporting to the Design Director, you will be responsible for delivering compelling, impactful, and highly crafted video and motion work across a range of clients. You will be responsible for taking the project briefs and working with the Creative Director to take ownership from initial creative thinking through to final execution.

You Will:
- Build narratives from the edit through a visually engaging end product.
- Interpret project briefs and take ownership from the initial creative thinking through final execution.
- Turn creative concepts and brand systems into engaging motion-led experiences
- Create, develop and communicate original motion design directions
- Use animation, editing and visual storytelling to elevate creative ideas
- Produce polished moving-image content across brand films, campaigns and social
- Experiment with different styles, techniques and formats to find the strongest creative solution
- Take feedback on board and evolve work efficiently throughout the creative process
- Add creative value to existing concepts, pushing ideas further rather than simply executing them
You Have:
- 1-2 years of agency experience, supporting motion graphics projects.
- Experience in both editing and production
- Proven experience producing impactful video designs with a focus on transitions, dynamic typography and additional creative treatments
- Experience creating content for online, social, and larger video pieces, including a firm understanding of different social platforms and their content requirements
- Knowledge of, and experience with, Premier Pro, After Effects, and Cinema 4D
