About the Role

We're looking for a Jr. Recruiter / Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a hybrid role: you'll be the operational backbone of our recruiting process—driving scheduling, candidate experience, and ATS hygiene—while also owning full-cycle recruiting for our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization. It's a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants hands-on coordination experience and a real shot at running their own requisitions.

Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination

  • Own end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple time zones, calendars, and interview panels
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring clear, timely, and warm communication at every stage
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and pipeline hygiene in our ATS (Greenhouse)
  • Support job requisition postings, job board management, and interview logistics
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep pipelines moving and flag bottlenecks early
  • Help identify and improve recruiting processes and candidate experience touchpoints

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit against role requirements
  • Track and report on SDR funnel metrics (time-to-fill, conversion rates, source effectiveness)
  • Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience for every SDR applicant

What You Bring to the Table

Experience

  • 1–2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting, HR, or a related administrative/operations role
