What You’ll Do:

  • Manage facets of a Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) program and Special Access Program (SAP) including physical, personnel, information, or industrial security.

  • Provide security office services, ensuring personnel assigned to SCI and SAP billets meet and maintain all security clearance requirements.
  • Manage the following programs/procedures: Periodic Reinvestigation Program, SAP Nomination Process (SAPNP), Program Access Request (PAR), Media Control Procedures, and Intrusion Detection System (IDS) and the Access Control System (ACS).
  • Manage personnel, visitors, and visit requests in databases used by the Intelligence Community to record eligibility and access to SCI, SAP, and other caveated programs such as DISS, JADE, Scattered Castles, and Air Force Space Command (SCIBS).
  • Maintain the Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditations on SCIFs and SCIF accreditation on any future SCIFs.
  • Maintain Special Access Program Facility (SAPF) accreditations on SAPFs and SAPF accreditation on any future SAPFs.
  • Validate clearances/accesses and prepare and process outgoing Visit Access Requests.
  • Maintain records of incoming and outgoing VARs in accordance with established practice.
  • Conduct Personnel Security functions within special access guidance.
  • Conduct Tier 1 personnel security reviews.
  • Complete and coordinate access request packages for access authorization authority.
  • Create and process waiver packages, to include suspense tracking until completed.
  • Create and manage personnel folders.

  • Prepare classified material for shipment and prepare appropriate forms (AF Forms 310 and 12).
  • Review documents for proper security classification markings and provide guidance for proper overall classification issues.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
