About the Role
The Junior Travel Retail Manager contributes to the commercial development and operational performance of Be Keen’s portfolio within the assigned markets. This role combines responsibility over selected small or emerging accounts with hands-on coordination across retail operations, ensuring consistent execution and sell-out growth.
Working closely with the Area Manager, this position supports market development, strengthens partner relationships, and ensures that HQ strategies are effectively implemented in-store while maintaining brand integrity and performance across markets.

What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day commercial and operational follow-up of selected small or emerging accounts, ensuring consistent visibility, order flow, and performance tracking.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners on operational matters, ensuring alignment on launches, assortments, and activation plans.
- Lead and coordinate training sessions for Beauty Advisors and store teams, ensuring consistent product knowledge, brand storytelling, and retail execution across assigned markets.
- Support the rollout of marketing and animation plans defined by HQ.
- Ensure timely and consistent implementation of visibility campaigns in-store.
- Consolidate sell-out data and KPI results for assigned markets.
- Prepare regular performance updates and identify improvement areas.
- Maintain trackers for orders, launches, and activations.
- Liaise with HQ teams (Marketing, Training, Logistics) on operational needs.
- Ensure smooth coordination between field teams, distributors, and internal departments.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in commercial or operational roles within the fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail industry (Travel Retail and/or Domestic).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multi-market environments is a plus.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
