You'll support customers throughout their event journey—from initial onboarding and event preparation through to onsite delivery and post-event engagement—ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, embraces technology, learns new systems quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with teams across Marketing, Operations, Sales and external technology partners to ensure our customers receive a seamless and high-quality experience before, during and after the event.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Customer Success

  • Deliver exceptional customer support across email, telephone, Microsoft Teams, social media and face-to-face interactions
  • Respond to enquiries from exhibitors, visitors, affiliates and contractors accurately, professionally and within agreed service levels.
  • Support Customer Success KPIs including First Response Time (FRT), Resolution Time, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) and overall customer experience metrics.
  • Identify recurring customer issues and recommend improvements to processes, communications and self-service resources.
  • Manage weekly exhibitor updates and stand amendments within the Sponsors & Exhibitor (SpEx) process, ensuring information is accurate and delivered to agreed deadlines.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to resolve customer queries efficiently and deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Support cross-functional projects focused on improving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

  • Manage customer communications relating to approvals, rejections and escalations professionally and efficiently.

Event Technology & Digital Platforms

  • Become a key user of our customer-facing event technology platforms, including the registration system, networking app, exhibitor portal, WhatsApp AI Concierge and other event applications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer-facing event technology, working with suppliers to resolve issues quickly and minimise customer disruption.
  • Assist with the setup, testing and ongoing support of event technology platforms (such as Networking App) before and during the event.
  • Help troubleshoot platform issues while ensuring customers receive timely updates and support.
  • Ensure all internal processes meet internal data protection policies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
