As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior 2D & 3D Print Operator to join our production team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the print industry. While previous print experience is welcomed, it is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and enthusiasm for working with exciting technology.
You'll gain hands-on experience across both traditional large format print production and the rapidly growing world of 3D printing, working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The Role
As a Junior 2D & 3D Print Operator, you will support the production team in delivering a wide variety of creative projects for clients across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities
- Learning and operating a variety of large format print equipment.
- Operating and monitoring 3D printing equipment.
- Supporting the setup, preparation, and finishing of print jobs both 2D & 3D.
- Preparing files and materials for production.
- Checking material stock levels, highlighting any shortfalls.
- Performing quality checks to ensure work meets high standards.
- Assisting with machine maintenance and housekeeping.
- Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines.
- Learning new processes, equipment, and production techniques.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment.

Skills & Experience
Ideal but Not Essential
- Previous experience within print, signage, graphics, manufacturing, or production environments.
- Knowledge or understanding of large format printing.
- Experience with 3D printing technologies.
