We’re a social-first, end-to-end content production agency working with ambitious global brands across entertainment, gaming, and culture. Since 2008, we’ve built a digital-first offering that blends strong creative thinking with channel expertise to deliver work that performs.
We’re a values-driven agency that believes great work comes from supported people. That means rapid progression, industry-leading benefits, and a culture consistently recognised as one of Campaign’s Best Places to Work.
The Role
We’re looking for a Junior 2D/3D Motion Creative to join our expanding motion team, working closely with Motion Designers, Creatives, and Video Editors across a range of social and campaign-led projects, with a strong focus on mobile gaming.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s passionate about 3D motion and character animation in Blender, but who’s also comfortable flexing into 2D motion design. You’ll be developing your craft across both disciplines, building confidence, speed, and creative judgement in a fast-paced studio environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
