Junior Account Executive – Inizio Evoke Comms Europe

Do you love science but don’t see yourself in a lab? Do you want to use your degree and be creative? Do you dream of a fast-paced and dynamic career that constantly challenges you? Healthcare Communications could be the answer!

At Inizio Evoke Comms, we unpick and unwrap complex scientific data and information about life-changing health-related science and turn it into meaningful communications that inform and inspire the media, doctors, patients, and the general public. And we’re looking for new graduates to join our growing team.

What would you be doing?

At Inizio Evoke Comms, the work is so varied it’s difficult to describe exactly what you’d be doing week to week or sometimes even day to day. That’s what makes it exciting. One week you could be:

  • Organising a meeting for specialist doctors to discuss a new diabetes medicine
  • Rolling out a social media programme to help raise awareness of breast cancer
  • Tracking and analysing how stories about asthma are covered in the media
  • Brainstorming new and engaging ways of explaining how the central nervous system works
  • Helping to run an interactive workshop on how medicines are funded

AI is increasingly part of how we work – helping with research, content, and audience insight – and you'll develop that skillset as part of the job. You’ll be telling stories via whatever medium works best – animations, press releases, videos, infographics, live events, or social media. Whatever you’re doing, your career will be our top priority. When you join, you’ll get a personalised development plan, and a senior team member will help you shape your career in a fast-changing industry.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
