MyTender.io is an AI-powered bid management platform used by enterprise teams in verticals such as waste, facilities services, construction and utilities to win more contracts faster. The product is positioned as AI-powered bid writing software that helps teams create stronger tender submissions faster, with features like first drafts, collaboration, content libraries and data retrieval. Founded in 2023, this young and tenacious team have grown to 12 heads and deliver to over 30 customers who have collectively won over £100M of contracts using our platform. As we continue to grow, we have a relentless focus on becoming a best in class product and take huge pride in the advocacy that we've secured in our early customer base.

💼 About the Role

You will amplify our sales engine owning a blend of both outbound and inbound opportunity in this 360 sales role. Working in a sales team of 5 (2 x BDRs, 1 Jnr AE, 1 Snr AE + you) you'll be accountable for a target, trusted to drive your own pipeline and will provide meaningful contribution to how we can improve as a team.

This role will combine technical curiosity, deep customer research, targeted outreach and structured outbound that spans multiple channels including cold calling.

Success looks like:

  • 30–60 days: You are learning the product, working with the team on live deals, and building your target account list.
  • 60–90 days: Active pipeline with 10+ qualified enterprise prospects; first meetings booked.
  • 6 months: Meaningful progress toward your target

😊 About You

  • 3-5 years in B2B sales, with a track record of bringing an energetic approach to building new business pipeline.
  • An understanding of selling across geographies or upselling through complex organisations with multiple stakeholders.
  • A structured, process-driven approach.
  • High energy and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable embracing and exploring new tools and AI regularly.
  • Ambitious with no ego: learning the product from the founders feels like an opportunity, not an inconvenience.
  • Direct and commercially sharp: can look a prospect in the eye and close.

  1. 1st Stage: Intro video call with Talent Partner, FTC
  2. 2nd Stage: 20-minute practical video call with one of our Founders Sam, focused on first-principles thinking, breaking down commercial problems and cultural fit
  3. 3rd Stage: Short sales task presented to our senior sales team
  4. 4th Stage: Final chat to discuss realities of role and ensure alignment
