Junior Account Executive
Location: Central London (Hybrid: 2 days in office, 3 from home)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) + Uncapped Commission (£65k - £110k)
The Opportunity
We’re partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backed business operating at the centre of the startup and advisory ecosystem. They connect high-growth companies with experienced senior professionals (think CFOs, CMOs, and board-level advisors) on a flexible, fractional basis. This is one of the fastest-growing areas in the market, aligned with the future of work, and the company is scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally.
You’ll be engaging with a mix of prequalified leads as well as your own cold-generated prospects.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you'll sell their advisory products, primarily Transition to Portfolio, to senior executives and founders, owning each deal end-to-end from first outreach to close. You'll run a high-activity, KPI-driven day (dials, pitches, and follow-ups on inbound leads) as part of a five-team sales floor, with a clear route to promotion into an Account Director role as you build a track record.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
