Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people. Backed by the investors behind Revolut, CityMapper, and Depop - we're scaling fast across the UK and beyond, and are looking for exceptional people to join us on our mission.
What is happening at 01 Health right now:

The Role
We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Junior Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy sales environment. You’ll play a key role at the very start of our customer journey - converting inbound interest into long-term partnerships by introducing dentists to our solutions, supporting them through training, and ensuring they launch their first 32Co patients with confidence. This role blends sales, relationship management, and onboarding, making it ideal for someone eager to learn and grow a career in sales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
