Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the management of client accounts, fostering strong relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and analysis. This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop their skills in sports marketing and events.

Duties

  • Assist in managing client accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior account managers to strategise on account development initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings, ensuring all information is accurate and relevant.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss account progress, challenges, and solutions.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities by mentoring new team members as required.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the sports marketing and events landscape.
  • Understanding/keen interest in talent management.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients and talent professionally.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through previous roles or projects will be beneficial.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.
