Moon Moments is a recruitment and talent acquisition partner recruiting on behalf of an expanding client in London. We’re currently looking for ambitious and motivated individuals to join their growing team as a Junior Account Executive.
This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to gain practical experience in customer acquisition, relationship management and business development. You’ll work directly with members of the public, representing nationally recognised charity campaigns and helping to build awareness, develop supporter relationships and acquire new long-term supporters through professional face-to-face interactions.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role rather than a traditional desk-based account management position. You’ll work across London in busy shopping areas, residential communities and other public locations, speaking with people and representing the campaigns you’re assigned to.
No previous account management experience is required. Full training, structured mentoring and ongoing coaching will be provided, making this a strong opportunity for graduates, career changers and anyone looking to establish a long-term career in a commercial environment.

About the Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you’ll support the growth of charity campaigns by engaging directly with members of the public and developing positive relationships with new supporters.
You’ll introduce people to the charities you represent, explain their campaigns clearly, answer questions and help interested individuals become long-term supporters. The role combines customer engagement, relationship management and sales-focused communication, giving you the opportunity to build valuable commercial experience from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing nationally recognised charity campaigns across London
- Engaging with members of the public through professional face-to-face conversations
- Building trust and developing strong relationships with potential supporters
- Raising awareness of charity missions, values and community impact
- Explaining campaigns clearly and confidently
- Supporting new supporters through the registration process
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives
- Taking part in regular coaching, mentoring and team development sessions
- Developing your understanding of customer acquisition and relationship management

Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Motivated by achieving personal and team goals
Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, events, promotions or other client-facing roles is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided.
Earnings & Benefits
- Total earnings of £1,935–£2,000 per calendar month, made up of minimum weekly pay plus uncapped performance-based commission, subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period
