Trainee Account Executive

Location: Telford

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 basic + £35,000 to £45,000 OTE

The Opportunity

We're supporting a well-established logistics and supply chain business in Telford as they continue to expand their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to kick-start a career in sales. No previous sales experience is required. Instead, we're looking for confident communicators who are driven, eager to learn, and motivated by success.

You'll be given full training and support while developing the skills to manage client relationships, generate new business opportunities, and build a successful career within a growing organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Proactively identifying and engaging prospective business customers
  • Developing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Supporting the sales process from initial contact through to securing new business
  • Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable logistics solutions
  • Preparing quotations and assisting with commercial negotiations
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and sales activity updates
  • Working closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Contributing to team sales targets and business growth
