Junior Account Executive
London
£30,000 basic salary + £10,000 OTE, uncapped
A rapidly growing and innovative SaaS business is seeking a motivated Junior Account Executive to join its London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional looking to gain valuable experience in a customer-focused commercial role while building a long-term career within the technology sector.
The successful candidate will join a supportive, collaborative environment where learning and development are genuinely encouraged. Working closely with experienced Account Managers and Customer Success professionals, you will gain exposure to customer relationship management, client engagement, and the commercial operations of a high-growth technology business.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Account Management team in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Assist with customer onboarding and ensure a positive experience throughout the early stages of the client journey.
- Attend customer meetings and calls, taking notes and supporting follow-up actions.
- Develop an understanding of clients' business objectives and how the company's solutions support their success.
- Help identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and updates within the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to support client needs.
- Contribute ideas and suggestions to continuously improve processes and the overall customer experience.
