Junior Account Executive
Leeds | £28,000-£30,000 Base Salary + £16,000-£25,000 OTE

The Role
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be responsible for building relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their business challenges, and helping them identify solutions that deliver real value.
You'll work closely with senior members of the commercial team, learning how to manage customer conversations, uncover opportunities, and support the growth of client accounts. This role offers a fantastic foundation for someone looking to build a long-term career in SaaS sales and account management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Building relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conducting discovery conversations to understand customer needs and challenges
- Supporting customers throughout their journey and ensuring a positive experience
- Working closely with senior sales and customer success leaders
- Identifying opportunities to grow customer accounts and introduce additional solutions
- Managing and developing your own portfolio of accounts
- Learning the full commercial sales process within a high-growth SaaS business
As you develop, you'll take on greater responsibility for customer conversations, account growth, and revenue generation, with clear progression opportunities across the commercial team.
Who We're Looking For
Previous SaaS, sales, or account management experience isn't essential. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and is excited by the opportunity to develop a successful career in the technology sector.
You may currently be:
- Working in recruitment and looking for a more commercial role
- Coming from retail, hospitality, estate agency or customer service
- A graduate with strong extracurricular achievements or leadership experience
- Working in another people-focused environment and keen to move into tech
