Junior Account Executive | Central London | £40,000 Base + £20,000 OTE + Uncapped Commission

The Opportunity
As a Junior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in managing and growing client relationships while developing your new business skills.
- Supporting the management and growth of existing client accounts
- Building relationships with key stakeholders across prospective and existing customers
- Identifying opportunities for additional services and new projects
- Working closely with senior sales colleagues on strategic accounts
- Prospecting and engaging new businesses across target sectors
- Coordinating meetings, proposals and project discussions
- Managing pipeline activity through the CRM
- Contributing towards revenue growth and commercial targets

What We're Looking For
We're looking for ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career in sales and account management. You may already have some experience in sales, recruitment, customer success, hospitality, retail or another customer-facing role, but attitude and ambition matter far more than industry experience.
You'll Likely Have

- Strong commercial awareness and curiosity

- A desire to progress into a senior commercial role
