Junior Account Manager

With ambitious growth plans and a target of becoming a £500m business in the next five years, they're looking for a driven Junior Account Manager to join the team and build a long-term career within the business.
The Role
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll work closely with clients and prospective customers, building relationships, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities where the company can add value.
You'll learn how to manage client relationships, uncover commercial opportunities and support projects across design, build and compliance.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop their commercial skills and progress into managing their own portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understand customer challenges, requirements and business objectives
- Identify and qualify potential commercial opportunities
- Support senior colleagues with client meetings and projects
- Manage communication across phone, email, LinkedIn and networking
- Maintain accurate client information within the CRM
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams on key accounts
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's services
- Work towards individual activity and revenue targets
What We're Looking For
You don't need to be an experienced Account Manager. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, ambition and willingness to learn.
You'll ideally have:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confidence building relationships
- Resilience and determination
- Commercial awareness
- A motivated and ambitious mindset
- The ability to build rapport with different people
- A genuine interest in developing a career in account management
