We're hiring a Junior Account Executive to join an exciting Marketing Technology business based at the incredible Alderley Park campus. Whether you've recently graduated or are looking for your first step into a professional sales career, this role offers the training, support, and progression needed to help you succeed.
You'll be joining a growing company operating in the fast-moving world of marketing technology, helping businesses improve their marketing performance through innovative software, data, and AI-driven solutions.

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to create new business opportunities and build relationships with decision-makers.

You'll be:
- Speaking with prospective clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building relationships and understanding business challenges
- Generating and qualifying new sales opportunities
- Booking and running introductory meetings
- Learning how to manage sales conversations and close business
- Working closely with experienced sales leaders who will coach and mentor you
This role involves plenty of outreach and conversation, making it perfect for graduates who are confident, curious, and enjoy meeting new people.
Who We're Looking For
We're far more interested in attitude and potential than previous sales experience. You might be a great fit if you:
- Have recently graduated or are early in your career
- Are confident communicating with different types of people
- Enjoy working towards goals and targets
- Are ambitious, driven, and eager to learn
- Have experience in hospitality, retail, sport, customer service, or other customer-facing environments
- Want a career with clear progression and earning potential
- Ideally hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car due to the location
