Junior Account Executive
Alderley Park, Cheshire
£30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission (£15,000-£20,000 OTE)

We're hiring for a Junior Account Executive to join an innovative Marketing Technology business based at the thriving Alderley Park campus. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to develop into a successful sales professional.
You'll be joining a growing company operating in the exciting Martech space, working with businesses to improve their marketing performance through cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions.

As a Junior Account Executive, you'll play a key role in generating and developing new business opportunities.

Your Day-to-day Will Involve
- Prospecting and identifying potential customers
- Carrying out high volumes of outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building relationships with senior decision-makers
- Understanding customer challenges and introducing relevant solutions
- Managing opportunities through the early stages of the sales cycle
- Booking and running introductory meetings
- Working closely with senior sales team members to develop your sales skills
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career within software and technology sales.
About You
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident, motivated, and resilient
- Previous experience working towards targets is advantageous
- Backgrounds in sales, hospitality, retail, customer service, sport, or similar environments are welcomed
- Eager to learn and develop professionally
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is highly desirable due to the location
