Job Title: Junior Account Executive
Reports to: Senior Account Executive
Division: Wholesale Online
Location: London
We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Account Executive in our London office.
Department Overview:
The Wholesale Online Channel is a fast-paced and growing area, partnering with pure-play online retailers across all divisions within the UK and Europe.
You will support the online accounts through effective sales support, account management, reporting, commercial analysis, and relationships. You will have strong communication and admin skills, with a focus on being able to multitask and problem-solve. You will work collaboratively and support the immediate and wider Sales Team.
What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Support the Senior Account Executive and Online Channel to meet and exceed channel plans, support with sales-driving strategies, and develop strong relationships with partners.
- Manage your own accounts during in-season trade and selling seasons 4 times a year while supporting the Senior AE on key accounts.
- Always act as an ambassador for the company and in the interest of the business.
- Provide a positive customer experience to partners through collaboration and regular communication.
- Support with Market periods (4x a year) with efficiency, solid organization, and passion.
- Collaborate with Planning Team to assist with sales analysis, forecasting, and seasonal planning activities.
- Provide day-to-day support to wholesale accounts and internal stakeholders.
- Maximize sales through correct seasonal buys, ensuring assortments are well balanced and represent company strategies.
- Order management in collaboration with Customer Service (Trendbook).
- Monitor sell-through, stock performance, and product opportunities—reporting monthly to Sales Directors.
- Ensure key partners are supported with brand assets and materials.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify opportunities and risks. Generate seasonal product SWOTS to be shared with the EU Merch Team.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Finance, and Logistics departments. Review shipping and finance reports (Qlik).
- Build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.

You’ll Need to Have:
- 3-5 years within a wholesale role in a premium/luxury environment.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Analytical mindset with good numerical ability.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Quality of account support.
- Contribution to sales and commercial initiatives.
