Role Overview
As Junior Account Executive, you will support the Account Director and Senior Events Team across VIP, events, and partnerships activity. You will play a key role in coordinating VIP dressing and sample requests, building relationships with stylists, publicists, and influencers, and delivering events from invitations and guest lists through to wrap reports. You'll help make sure every activation runs smoothly and is well organized, and that it gets the best possible VIP and media results.

Key Responsibilities
VIP
- Coordinate logistics for VIP dressing
- Hold showroom appointments with stylists and VIPs
- Support with client management on daily VIP and influencer-related activity
- Establish and maintain relationships with stylists, publicists, and influencers
- Manage daily sample requests and coordinate returns
- Provide weekly event calendars with event listings and VIPs in town using industry subscription sites
- Compile lists for influencer programs tailored to each specific client
- Manage the distribution of VIP dressing alerts and follow-up for credits
- Actively look and track seeding results
- VIP liaison during events
- Send all VIPs their images for posting post-event
Events
- Coordinate weekly/monthly division reports and event wrap reports using PowerPoint
- Support Senior Events Team on daily events-related activity
- Invitation management, send-outs, and follow-up
- Maintain the company database
- Taking notes in meetings and distributing to relevant team members
- Provide client status reports
- Prepare collateral for the event – guest lists on iPads, media alerts for photographers, shot list, and face sheets for photographers
- Send out post-release for relevant events as requested
- Managing VIP transport and accommodation where relevant
- Manage social media for PURPLE accounts sharing the content from photographers

Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years of PR experience, ideally within the agency scope.
- Familiarity with the organization of press/events reports and social clips.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of ongoing interest in VIP, fashion, and media relations and strategy.
- Able to identify communication opportunities through a proactive approach.
- Effective communicator with an eagerness to grow and learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines. Excellent prioritizing and time management.
- Discreet, professional, and articulate, with outstanding communication skills.
- Extremely well-organized, methodical, and efficient with strong initiative.
- Strong writing skills.
- Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc, and Cision.
- You are a team player who is hardworking and dedicated.
