Junior Account Manager

Location: London (Aldgate)
Salary: £30,000 to £35,000
Reports to: Head of Client Relations
Working pattern: Full-time, office-based. Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (4pm finish on Fridays)

About Vibanx

Vibanx (Canada) Ltd is a FINTRAC-registered Money Services Business (MSB), headquartered in London, providing corporate clients with multi-currency accounts, international payments, foreign exchange and payment solutions through a network of regulated payment partners.

Vibanx is the newest company within the New Age Group, which employs around 140 people globally. Our core team is around eight people, supported day to day by colleagues across the wider group. It's a lean, collaborative environment where everyone can make a genuine impact, and the right person has the opportunity to join at an early stage and grow alongside the business as our client book, revenues and team expand.

We also work closely with our sister company Overchain, a FINTRAC-registered crypto payments and settlement business providing institutional clients with stablecoin and digital asset payment rails, OTC liquidity, crypto acceptance and fiat settlement.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a bright, curious Junior Account Manager to join our Client Relations team.

The role

You'll work directly with the Head of Client Relations, supporting our corporate client base across onboarding, payments, account queries and ongoing relationship management. Our clients are international businesses, often in medium to higher-risk sectors that are underserved by traditional banks, including global merchants, investment and trading firms, and holding companies.

We don't expect you to arrive knowing everything. We're more interested in someone who learns quickly, asks good questions and builds a strong understanding of our business, our clients and the wider payments industry. You'll work across clients, Compliance, Payments, banking partners and the wider New Age Group, with real scope to take on responsibility quickly.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
