Junior Account Manager (Maternity Cover)

About Us:

VX3 is a specialist sportswear brand that designs and delivers bespoke playing kits for sports teams, educational institutions, and organisations across the UK. We’re also proud to run our own direct-to-consumer retail business. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven and personable Junior Account Manager to work in our TeamSports team but based in Paignton and play a key role in working with our valued partner clubs.

About the Role:

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll work in our account management team supporting our variety of sports clubs across one of our designated sales regions. Your mission? To keep communication clear, timely, and friendly—ensuring our clubs receive top-tier service and feel supported every step of the way. If you’re passionate about sport, love working with people, and are ready to manage multiple customer relationships with confidence, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities

  • Work across our multi-sport offering with the TeamSport sales team on product design & order processing for partner clubs
  • Provide prompt and helpful updates via phone and email to partner clubs
  • Support long-term relationships with partner clubs to encourage loyalty and repeat business
  • Track customer activity & updates using our in-house CRM system
  • Support marketing efforts by coordinating grassroots client activations and campaigns
  • Develop a deep understanding of VX3’s product range to help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident phone manner
  • Ability to stay organised and manage multiple client accounts at once
  • Good attention to detail and comfortable using both in-house systems and Excel
  • A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Passion for sport and an understanding of team dynamics at grassroots level
  • Previous customer-facing experience is a plus, but not essential
