Our Client

Our client is a high-growth, Manchester-based technology company transforming how organisations engage with their customers through AI, data, and cloud communications. Their core platform is an AI-powered, omnichannel customer engagement solution that enables businesses to manage every interaction across voice, messaging, chat, and video, in one unified system.

Back by private-equity in 2025, our client has seen significant year-on-year growth and are now investing in a Sales Development Representative team to drive new products into the market.

The Role

As an Sales Development Representative, you're the first conversation a prospect has with the business. You'll research target accounts, work out who's worth speaking to and why, and start conversations that turn into qualified meetings for the sales team.

It's a role you learn fast in. You'll be on the phone, in inboxes and on LinkedIn every day, testing what works and refining as you go, with a manager who coaches you rather than just checking your numbers.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
