Junior Account Manager – Cardiff £30,000–£40,000 DOE | Full-Time | Permanent

You’ll join a fast-growing data-technology business that helps organisations make smarter decisions, manage risk, and unlock growth. Their platform supports clients across financial services, legal, accountancy, construction and more — giving them real-time insight, intuitive tools, and confidence in the decisions they make.

This is an ideal step for someone early in their commercial career who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and supporting customers. You don’t need deep knowledge of business intelligence or compliance from day one — you’ll receive structured training, ongoing support, and the chance to grow into a confident Account Manager.

🌟 The Opportunity

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll support a portfolio of B2B clients, helping them get maximum value from the platform. You’ll build relationships, guide new customers through onboarding, support renewals, and learn how to spot opportunities to grow accounts. It’s a role for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, is curious about technology, and wants to develop strong commercial skills within a collaborative, ambitious team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
