Junior Account Manager – Fashion

Location: Manchester

Salary: £28k - £30k

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Account Manager to join a leading fashion supplier. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within the fashion industry and develop their commercial and account management skills.

Working closely with major high street and online retailers, you will support the management of key customer accounts, helping to ensure products are delivered on time, to specification and to the highest standard.

This role would suit someone with some experience within fashion, retail, buying, merchandising, sales or account management who is commercially minded, organised and passionate about the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Account Manager with day-to-day management of key fashion retail accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Assist with customer enquiries, negotiate pricing and lead times
  • Liaise with internal teams ensuring orders are running on time
  • Assist with pricing, quotes and customer presentations
  • Prepare and maintain customer reports and sales information
  • Follow up on samples, approvals and product development
  • Communicate with overseas suppliers and factories where required
  • Help identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
  • Ensure customers receive a high level of service at all times
