Junior Account Manager

We’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our Facilities Management team, supporting the Senior Account Manager with the day-to-day delivery of services across the contract.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience within Facilities Management, Contract Support or Maintenance Coordination and is ready to take the next step towards becoming an Account Manager.

You’ll be involved in the operational side of the contract from day one – coordinating contractors, managing planned and reactive maintenance, maintaining our CAFM system, supporting compliance and financial processes, and building strong relationships with our clients.

You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. What we are looking for is someone organised, commercially aware and customer-focused, with a good understanding of how an FM contract operates and the ambition to develop further.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the Senior Account Manager with the day-to-day running of the contract.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.
  • Raising, allocating, monitoring and closing work orders through the CAFM system.
  • Monitoring PPM and reactive maintenance against agreed SLAs.
  • Coordinating contractor attendance and ensuring reports and completion evidence are received.
  • Monitoring overdue works and escalating potential service risks.
  • Maintaining accurate job records, asset information and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinating site access and keeping clients informed of planned works.
  • Obtaining contractor quotations and maintaining quotation, purchase order and action trackers.
  • Supporting invoice queries, billing information and financial reporting.
  • Checking contractor documentation including RAMS, insurance and competency information.
  • Supporting compliance audits and tracking remedial actions through to completion.
  • Helping prepare monthly client reports and participating in review meetings.
  • Identifying recurring issues and opportunities to improve service delivery.
  • Providing operational support across the contract during busy periods and team absence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We want the successful person to develop towards becoming a full Account Manager, gaining broader experience across operations, compliance, contractor management, client relationships, reporting and contract finance.

If you’re currently working in Contract Support or Facilities Coordination and wondering what your next step looks like, this could be it.
