Junior Account Manager | Fashion | London
Ready to take the next step in your fashion career? A fantastic opportunity has just opened up with a successful, fast-paced and hugely dynamic fashion business in London.
This is a newly created role for an ambitious Junior Account Manager who is keen to build on their existing account management experience, get closer to some of the biggest names in fashion, and really make their mark.
This is not a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines. You'll be hands-on from day one, working closely with an exciting portfolio of fashion customers and getting genuine exposure across the full account management process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support a portfolio of key fashion accounts, building strong and trusted customer relationships
- Work closely with customers on new product developments, from initial concepts through to samples and production
- Coordinate samples, approvals, orders and deliveries, ensuring key deadlines are met
- Liaise closely with internal teams, factories and suppliers to keep projects moving smoothly
- Track critical path dates, customer requirements and account activity, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
- Support the wider Account Management team with day-to-day account administration and reporting
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales and account information, using Excel and other Microsoft Office systems
- Identify opportunities to support account growth and develop customer relationships
- Take ownership of tasks and accounts while working collaboratively with a highly supportive team
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full account management process and develop commercially as you progress

- Previous experience within account management, sales or a similar fashion environment
- Ambitious, driven and keen to build a long-term career within the fashion industry
- Confident but curious - happy to take ownership while always wanting to learn more
- Naturally proactive and a real self-starter
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a genuine interest in fashion and product
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Positive, energetic and solutions-focused
- A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
