Job Title: Junior Account Manager

Duration: 2 year fixed term
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £28,860 plus up to 5% annual performance bonus
Role Start Date: End of August/start of September
Powder24 is seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our Sales Team in Cheadle, South Manchester. This role requires a minimum of 4 days per week in the office (when not travelling) and involves 37.5 hours of work per week.
The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for managing direct relationships with university clubs and their passengers, representing the We Are NUCO brand both in and out of the UK. The role includes account management, promotion support, sales, event delivery, and customer service.

You will be the main point of contact for specific accounts, assisting them from booking to promoting their trips. The position involves delivering resort weeks at ski resorts across the ski season, typically in France or Andorra.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with group leaders from University Snowsports Clubs.
- Assisting with group accounts throughout the year, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
- Confidently selling and promoting ski holidays and experiences.
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences for all clients.
- Ensuring client success through effective sales strategies and support.
- Managing large-scale overseas events and teams of delivery staff.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth trip delivery.
- Keeping track of client activities and ensuring they have necessary resources.

Driving Requirements:
- Full Manual UK/EU Driver's Licence and comfortable driving abroad.
