The Role

You’ll work closely with clients to ensure they get the most value from the company’s technology while helping identify opportunities for growth within your accounts.

  • Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of business clients
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and support
  • Helping new clients successfully onboard and adopt the company’s platform
  • Conducting regular check-ins with clients to understand their goals and needs
  • Identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling or additional services
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
  • Tracking account activity, renewals and opportunities using CRM systems
