The Role
You’ll work closely with clients to ensure they get the most value from the company’s technology while helping identify opportunities for growth within your accounts.
- Managing and developing relationships with a portfolio of business clients
- Acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and support
- Helping new clients successfully onboard and adopt the company’s platform
- Conducting regular check-ins with clients to understand their goals and needs
- Identifying opportunities for account growth through upselling or additional services
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver the best possible customer experience
- Tracking account activity, renewals and opportunities using CRM systems

- £30,000 basic salary + OTE (£40k predicted)
