Junior Account Manager, B2B | Cowshed

Team: B2B / Trade Sales

Location: London

Salary: £30-35k

About Cowshed

Born at Babington House in the Somerset countryside, Cowshed has always done things a little differently. Rooted in nature, a little wild at heart and never too polished, we create bath and beauty products designed to make everyday moments feel better.
Our products combine distinctive fragrances, thoughtful formulations and plenty of personality. From bathroom shelves and hotel stays, we are taking Cowshed to more places and more people, while staying true to the character that has made the brand loved for over 25 years.

The role

We are looking for a commercially minded Junior Account Manager to join the Cowshed B2B team, working across our wholesale and amenities business.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to build a career in beauty sales and account management. You will support the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager across our larger strategic partners, while taking ownership of a small portfolio of accounts. You will gain broad commercial experience across sales analysis, sell in presentations, new product launches and account set up.

What you will be doing

  • Managing accounts: Own the day to day relationship with a portfolio of B2B partners, while supporting the Account Manager and Senior Account Manager across larger strategic accounts.
  • Tracking performance: Produce regular sales reporting, monitor account performance and help identify trends, opportunities and areas for action.
  • Supporting sell in: Prepare sell in decks, account presentations, sales analysis and meeting materials for key customers.
  • Launching products: Coordinate new line launches across wholesale and amenities partners, making sure accounts have everything they need for a successful launch.
  • Setting up products: Manage product set up with accounts, including pricing, product data, imagery, descriptions and other required information.
  • Onboarding new accounts: Support new partner set up, ensuring commercial details and internal systems are accurate and ready to go.
  • Supporting the wider B2B team: Work across wholesale, amenities and wider commercial projects, taking on greater responsibility as the role develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Exposure to wholesale, B2B or amenities
  • Experience with retailer systems, product set up or sales reporting

What success looks like

Within six months, you will confidently manage the day to day needs of your own accounts, provide strong support across our larger strategic partners and have a clear understanding of what drives B2B performance.
