Naritive
Naritive is an attention-led advertising technology company reshaping how brands show up in digital media. We combine creativity, technology and programmatic media to turn everyday advertising into high-impact digital experiences designed to capture attention and drive measurable results. Our platform helps brands and agencies transform existing creative and social content into dynamic ad experiences that can be activated across the open web, app environments, CTV and DOOH across leading programmatic platforms.
But Naritive is more than the technology. We’re building a fast-moving, ambitious business with a challenger mindset working with forward-thinking agencies, brands and partners across global markets. We’re curious, commercial and creative by nature. We move quickly, test ideas, challenge convention and give talented people the opportunity to make a real impact as we scale.
We’re not here to make more ads. We’re here to make advertising worth paying attention to.
Role Description
Naritive is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Junior Account Manager to join our growing team.
This is a remote role, but it is very much client-facing. You’ll sit at the centre of our commercial operation, helping us bring new clients into the business, keep opportunities moving through the sales process and make sure existing clients have an exceptional experience with Naritive.
It’s an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is organised, confident with people, commercially curious and hungry to grow. You’ll get exposure to sales, account management, programmatic advertising, creative technology and client strategy with a clear opportunity to develop into a larger commercial or sales role as Naritive scales.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
