Salary: £30,000 + uncapped commission
Location: Hybrid – Cardiff
Entry-Level Opportunity – No Previous Experience Required

We're partnering with a rapidly growing UK cybersecurity business with an ambitious vision to become a leading Managed Detection and Response provider. With an established reputation for delivering high-quality cybersecurity solutions, they support organisations across the NHS, public sector and private enterprise.

As the business continues to grow, they're expanding their commercial team and are looking for an ambitious and driven Junior Account Manager to join them.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in technology and cybersecurity sales, with comprehensive training, ongoing development and the chance to work within one of the fastest-growing areas of technology.

The Role

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be responsible for helping drive the company's continued growth by identifying, engaging and qualifying potential customers.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and prospecting target businesses
  • Carrying out outbound sales activity to create new opportunities
  • Responding to and qualifying inbound leads
  • Booking qualified meetings and generating new business opportunities
  • Building and managing your own sales pipeline
  • Learning the company's cybersecurity solutions and confidently communicating their value
  • Working alongside the Sales and Marketing teams to improve messaging and conversion
  • Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
  • Developing your sales skills through regular coaching, feedback and hands-on experience
