Position: Junior Account Manager - French Speaking
Location: UK. Remote.

Our technology is used by large businesses around the world to increase revenue and improve operating efficiency. As part of our expansion plans, we are recruiting for a full-time, French and English-speaking junior account manager.
The Role:
We are fortunate to serve leading brands in markets around the world, including many customers where French is the preferred language. We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Junior Account Manager who is eager to build their career in customer success and account management. You will receive full support from software developers, data scientists, and technical support staff as you help manage and grow relationships with our customers. You build the kind of trust that makes long-term relationships thrive, understanding that healthy client relationships and healthy business outcomes go hand in hand.
- Support new customers through onboarding and implementation
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, helping to maintain positive relationships and communicating customer feedback internally
- Assist in building account plans focused on retention, renewal management, and identifying areas for growth
- Help ensure customers have a strong understanding of iovox's technology and are getting maximum value from our services
- Contribute to the development of market-specific content and collateral to support customers
- Internal weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
- Keep CRM updated daily
- Work toward and achieve agreed performance targets

Your attitude, curiosity, willingness to learn, and work ethic are very important to us. We welcome candidates with around 2-5 years of account management or customer-facing experience, or strong transferable skills from a related role.
Essential Skills:
- Equally fluent in French and English – both written and verbal
- Demonstrable experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
- An interest in technology and the ability to learn how our services work and communicate their benefits clearly
- Comfortable working with data and metrics
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage deadlines and follow up consistently
- Familiar with or willing to learn project management tools
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with the Office 365 Suite; exposure to CRM tools is a plus
- 2-5 years of account management or customer-facing experience
- Ability to travel within the UK and France
- Able to work productively in a remote environment (periodic required team days in London)

- Fluency in other languages, such as Spanish or Italian
