About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing beauty group with a portfolio of well-loved brands sold internationally through major retail partners. As the international commercial team grows, they are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support key retail relationships across markets and develop their career within a fast-paced beauty environment.

The Opportunity

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious, early career Account Manager to join a growing international commercial team and gain hands on experience supporting retail relationships across multiple markets. You will support the wider account team with day to day account management, reporting and analysis, working closely with more senior colleagues to help drive growth internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the international account management team with day to day queries, order management and reporting across key retail partners
  • Prepare sales data, performance reports and presentations for internal and external meetings
  • Assist with promotional planning, pricing updates and range review processes across markets
  • Build strong working relationships with international retail partner contacts and internal teams including marketing and supply chain
  • Monitor stock levels, forecasts and in store performance across markets, flagging risks and opportunities

Ideal Background

  • Some experience in account management, sales support or a related commercial role, ideally within beauty, FMCG or retail
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with confidence working with sales data
  • Interest in or exposure to international markets is a plus
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive, can do attitude
  • Based within commuting distance of London, with flexibility for a hybrid working pattern
