Business Account Manager

New Business & Growth | Managed Services & Data Solutions

Location: Horsforth, Leeds (Office-Based)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 DOE + Uncapped Commission (£16,000 - £25,000 realistically achievable in Year 1)

A Different Kind of Sales Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created business development team focused entirely on driving growth for an established and rapidly expanding sales, marketing, and data consultancy.

Rather than working on behalf of client campaigns, you'll be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the organisation's own services and proprietary data solutions. Backed by ambitious growth plans and a proven track record of success across the UK, US, and European markets, this role offers the chance to play a key part in the next phase of the company's journey.

You'll be one of the first hires within a dedicated growth team, helping to build a predictable pipeline of opportunities and contributing directly to long-term commercial success.

The Opportunity

The role is focused on opening new conversations and creating qualified sales opportunities through targeted outbound activity. While the outreach will primarily be cold, you'll be working from highly targeted prospect lists built using sophisticated data intelligence, supported by strong case studies, client success stories, and an established market reputation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to develop their consultative selling skills and progress into a full sales cycle role in the future.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
