£28,000 - £32,000 + OTE, uncapped

What You'll Be Doing
As a Junior Account Manager, you'll help ensure clients get the very best experience, becoming a trusted contact and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

- Building strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Supporting client projects and ensuring key deadlines are met
- Working closely with internal teams to coordinate deliverables
- Identifying ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Attending client meetings and contributing ideas
- Providing updates, reports, and communications to stakeholders
- Learning how to manage accounts strategically and drive client retention
- Helping uncover opportunities to grow and strengthen existing partnerships
What We're Looking For
We're far more interested in attitude and potential than a lengthy list of experience. You'll stand out if you are:
- Naturally personable and confident communicating with others
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- A strong team player who enjoys collaborating with others
- Commercially minded with an interest in how businesses grow
- Comfortable building relationships with different types of people
Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, retail, events, marketing, or administration would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
