Junior Account Manager

£28,000 - £32,000 + OTE, uncapped

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Account Manager, you'll help ensure clients get the very best experience, becoming a trusted contact and helping projects run smoothly from start to finish.

  • Building strong relationships with a portfolio of clients
  • Supporting client projects and ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate deliverables
  • Identifying ways to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Attending client meetings and contributing ideas
  • Providing updates, reports, and communications to stakeholders
  • Learning how to manage accounts strategically and drive client retention
  • Helping uncover opportunities to grow and strengthen existing partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • Comfortable building relationships with different types of people

Experience in customer service, hospitality, recruitment, retail, events, marketing, or administration would be advantageous, but it's not essential.
