Junior Account Manager | Accelerate Your Career in Tech
£28,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Bristol | 4 Days Per Week (Hybrid)

We're hiring 2 x Junior Account Managers to join a fast-growing technology business backed by one of the world's most recognised technology brands. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is ambitious, commercially minded, and eager to develop a long-term career in sales and account management.
You'll work alongside experienced sales professionals, learning how to manage customer relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With structured training, ongoing mentorship, and a clear development pathway, you'll gain the skills and confidence needed to progress into more senior commercial roles.
Unlike many entry-level sales positions, this role is designed to help you develop your expertise, build your commercial confidence, and establish the foundations for a highly successful career.

What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing relationships with customers
- Supporting senior Account Managers across key client accounts
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing customer relationships
- Managing account activity through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Learning how to conduct customer reviews and business conversations
- Supporting proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer data
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
